Chamba: Chamba is a district in Himachal Pradesh and has a number of museums, restaurants and other attractions making it a great spot for sightseeing. Ganji Pahadi Walk: This walk situated in the Bakrota hills about 5 kms away from Dalhousie is a pleasant walk that will overwhelm you with its stark beauty. It literally means ‘bald hill’ and is called that because the hill has no trees and it looks like it has a bald patch on the top.

Kalatop Wildlife Reserve: One of the most famous wildlife sanctuaries in Himachal Pradesh, the Kalatop Wildlife Reserve features majestic hills, valleys, greenery and quaint villages surrounding it. There is a trail for trekking from Dalhousie to Kalatop which is really enjoyable and a jungle safari that most tourists prefer. A lot of species of animals and birds can be found in this sanctuary and meadows of soft grass and wildflowers make it an idyllic place for a picnic.

Gandhi Chowk: Gandhi Chowk is a famous attraction in Dalhousie owing to its being a shopping area too. Formerly known as GPO, Gandhi Chowk has a number of shops that sell a number of varied items, right from handicrafts to electronic goods.
