Jumeirah Beach
This is one of the most prominent symbols of Dubai, located near the world’s only 7 star hotel, Burj Al Arab. The beach is a prominent spot and a popular spot for picnics. The beach is also home to the Wild Wadi, a very popular water park. The area has an abundance of hotels, shops selling traditional Arabic wares and eating places. Jumeirah Beach has a number of activities you can enjoy, such as skydiving, paragliding and horse riding.

Wild Wadi Dubai
Located in the Jumeirah area of Dubai, Wild Wadi is a very popular theme park. The park has 24 different rides and slides as well as 8 master blasters and 2 flow rides. Not just rides, the park also has food and beverages as well as lifeguards at all times.

Burj Al Arab
Standing tall, shaped like a dhow, Burj Al Arab is an iconic structure in Dubai. Credited with being the only 7 star hotel in the world, it has 28 floors and 202 suites. The entire hotel rests on an artificial island and is a feat of engineering. It is extremely opulent and has world-class restaurants - Al Muntaha, which is located above the Persian Gulf and offers views of the surrounding region, and Al Mahara, which features a large seawater aquarium.

Palm Islands
One of the marvels of engineering, this group of 3 islands is artificially created and derives its names from the distinctive palm shape. Palm Jumeirah is the smallest of the 3 islands and is said to be housing several luxury hotels and a luxury cruise liner. The middle-sized island here is Palm Jebel Ali, which will have penthouses, luxury apartments, recreational facilities and a very vibrant nightlife. Ski Dubai

Emirates Towers
Located on Sheikh Zayed Road, the Emirates Towers consists of the Emirates Tower Office and Jumeirah Emirates Towers Hotel. The entire complex, which is counted among the most interesting structures of the world are set amidst gardens, lakes, waterfalls and a seating area.

Burj Khalifa
Claimed to be the tallest freestanding structure of the world, Burj Khalifa is also one of the most lavish structures. Its features include The Dubai Fountain which shoots water 490 ft high accompanied by music, an Observation Deck to view the surrounding panoramas and the Burj Khalifa Park complete with gardens, palm lined walkways and flowering trees.

Atlantis, the Palm

Grand Mosque

Located in Bur Dubai, the mosque is built in Persian style and has a combination of blue and sand color used in construction. Its 70 m high minaret is the tallest minaret in Dubai and the mosque is one of the most photographed structures here.

Heritage House
Once home to a wealthy Iranian merchant, this is a traditional family home with 10 rooms and an Arabian style courtyard. Among the rooms present is the meeting room for guests, a separate room for women, a room to eat meals and a bride’s room. Today it has been turned into a museum that sheds light on the life and times of a family in the emirate.

Sheikh Saeed Al Maktoum House
Turned into a museum, this was the house of Sheikh Saeed Al Maktoum, former ruler of Dubai. Located along the Creek, the house has 30 rooms divided into family units. The building is done in a traditional way and offers glimpses of the life of this ruler.

Dubai Museum
Situated in Al Fahidi Fort, Dubai Museum showcases the life of the early inhabitants of Dubai. You will find inside arts and artifacts that were once traded between countries. Highlight of this museum is the interactive museum, where working models from Dubai’s earlier life are on display. Some of the prominent sights here are of fishing, souks and Arabic life.
